* Currently working in PIFRA (Project to Improve Financial Reporting and Auditing) project department of Auditor General of Pakistan (Federal Govt.) Since 23 Nov 2004 as “Module Specialist – HR” (Functional Head Southern sites) having Officer Grade (BPS-19).

* Worked in Siemens Pakistan Eng. Company Ltd. From 01 Jan 2002 to 22 Nov 2004 as a “Data Administration Officer” for Human Resources Department. Transferred and promoted in ITS department as a “Functional Consultant” SAP - HR module.

* Worked in Farooq Corporation as a “Project Manager (I.T.)” from Jan 2000 to 31st Dec 2001.

* Worked in SC Software Services from November 1999 to Jan 2000 as a Junior Programmer on AS/400 (IBM) machine and JDEdwards technical suits, designed and developed Programmes and Reports in RPG and JDEdwards (ERP) Software by using its utilities.

* Worked as Junior Programmer/Analyst in “Civil Aviation Authority” from Nov. 1998 to Nov. 1999.

Project Management Related Responsibilities: Planning and Team Management, Customer point of reference and satisfaction, Scheduling of Project standards with different plans and modern approaches, Resource allocation (Right person on Right place), In-house and out side meetings for regular/prompt updations, Follow ups of WBS and Products on every extent of Projects or Sub Projects (Sub Projects with in Project), Monitoring and Controlling of Project with latest M.I.S. reporting tools, Managing all concerned activities with personal interaction from Project members by participation in Planning/Creation/Testing/Go-Live processes, Responsible for successful completion of Project from Open to Close Project activities, Rise and provide solution for Issues to facilitate Clients with coordination of Team members, Coordination in Trainings and other activities.
