 Implementation of eight pillars of TPM e.g. Focus improvement Kobetsu Kaizen (Six-Sigma approach to improve production), Planned maintenance, Quality Maintenance, Office TPM, 5s concept (House Keeping), Autonomous Maintenance (Jishu Hozen)
 Safety and environmental practice.
 Data Processing.
 Process monitoring/improvement technique with the application of the
following parameters:
 Root Cause Analysis for breakdown
 Tap-to-tap monitoring
 Loss and Gain Matrix
 ISO Approach to production
 Standard Operation Procedure
• Standard Maintenance Practice
