Analyzing & check basic design and preparation of detail engineering, PFD, PID, drawings and specifications, data sheets, material requisitions and tender documents of mechanical equipment
Tendering, bid analyzing and evaluating, contracting, production and delivery tracking of all mechanical equipment worth over 80 million Euros by challenging with various problems such as technical, contractual, financial and sanction condition at different stages of project; which require a special importunate to handle responsibilities and run the project forward
Coordination between client, contractor, consultant and many vendors
Delegated at shop of local and international vendors in Europe and Japan for technical clarification meeting, supervision of manufacturing, inspection, factory acceptance test, expediting and other related affairs
Calculating estimated budget for all Machinery Equipment of several multi billion Dollars prestigious projects such as South Pars Gas Field Phases 17 & 18 and Kharg Island Gas Gathering and NGL Recovery Project to enable managing director prepare overall priced proposal of these new projects
Integrated, formulated and documented project and specially procurement activities on compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System 2003 - 2004 National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC)
