• Prepare and maintain fire pre-plans for MPN locations.
• Ensure equipment fire equipment and supplies are available and well maintained
• Ensure that members of the fire response team are trained and understand their jobs
• Conduct regular exercises of the fire crew to ensure readiness
• Conduct fire prevention inspections and make recommendations for improvements and track corrective actions to closure
• Carry out fire investigations and write reports detailing findings for submission to management

• Coordinating the Safe Work Review Team
• Source for appropriate resources to provide SHE Training
• Record and track training courses to identify non- participants.
• Monitor accident trends and recommend remedial training
• Plan and conduct annual employee SHE awareness

• Safety Inspection – Carry out Facility Inspection / Site Supervisor
• Carry out Safety Audit on Permit To Work , JSA, Step 5x5 and Conduct Site Inspection

• SH&E Representative for BRT (Expansion Project) EPC 3 Project

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM/ INCIDENT CORRECTIVE ACTION REPORT FROM 2002 - TILL DATE.
IMPACT Database Administration -Database configuration: ICARS users, Incident Review Panel (IRP), Incident Advisory Team (IAT), Incident Notification List (INL), Business Units, Key Words, etc. configuration, updates and upgrade.
• Incident Reports Review: Initial Notification, Investigation, Corrective action reports reviews and initiation of investigation, corrective action/stand alone corrective action.
• Providing support to all assets teams to update/close out incidents investigation/corrective action reports.
• Publishing of incident notification, investigation, corrective action and 'take a minute' bulletin.
TapRoot Database Administration:
Snap Chart Development: Provide support to incident investigation teams in development/review/completion of snap chart (graphical representation of events and causal factor charting).
