1. Plant Manager: Since 14th January 2008, Esquire Chemical Industries Limited, Gazaria, Munshigonj, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Working as a Plant Manager and responsible for construction, erection, commissioning and test run of a H2O2 plant of auto oxidation process.
2. Maintenance Manager and head of Engineering and Construction: April 2006 to January 2008, Bangladesh Fertilizers & Agrochemicals Ltd., Phultala, Khulna, Bangladesh.
3. Part-time consultant: January 2004 to November 2006, In a group of Crown Agents Services Limited for gas distribution pipeline layout and installation. I also work in environmental management around a gas drilling rig and also blowout environmental management.

6. Deputy Chief Engineer (1987-1994): Zia Fertilizer Company Limited an enterprise of Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation. Supervised Senior Engineers working on maintenance and trouble shooting of machineries and heat exchanging equipments. Successfully done managerial and planning works. Design practice of machine elements and equipments. Responsible for submission of report on plant overhauling, modernization and planning. Worked in a team responsible for plant trip analysis and submission of report.
7. Senior Engineer (1982-1987): Zia Fertilizer Company Limited. Responsible for maintenance installation and trouble shooting of machineries and equipments of large ammonia and urea fertilizer complex. Maintenance planning and rendering technical service to other sister organizations. Pioneer of introducing vibration analysis for machinery protection and predictive maintenance technique in Zia Fertilizer Company Limited.
8. Assistant Engineer (1979-1982): Zia Fertilizer Company Limited. Participated in the construction, commissioning and test run of the project. Maintenance planning and procurement of machineries, equipments and spare parts etc.
