Piping Layout Engineer

: Seeking a full time regular employment as a Piping Engineer in an organization of repute which offers an environment for growth, learning & service to the maximum extent

Role and Responsibilities

•Develop the initial bill of material, prepare technical layouts and drawings for proposal estimation.
•Prepare inputs for civil engineering including identification of rack locations, foundations, access platforms, underground services, pipe supports, structures for elevated equipment and other piping layout requirements.
•Co-ordinate with all designers, draftsmen and guide them in their work.

•Preparation of Equipment plot plan, pipe rack loading data, piping GAD, piping MTO, line isometrics, equipment nozzle orientation. Piping , equipment modeling using PDS. Support modeling using Pelican Forge .
•Perform layout clash/interface checks, identify conflicts, and take corrective action in coordination with other engineering discipline inputs. Participation in formal engineering design review processes with client.
•Coordination of all design activity related concepts with other departments.
•Select and adequately support pipework systems as per pipe stress requirements.
•Review vendor package and equipment drawings
•Ensuring compliance with all relevant engineering standards and internal procedures for all design activities .
•Site survey and help in site piping execution work during construction
