(Worlds largest grass root refinery and 3rd largest refinery with a processing capacity of 32 MMTPA (650KBPSD))
Presently working as a Process Operator in Hydrotreater Unit (VGO and Diesel), which has a processing capacity of 104.5 KBPSD and 100 KBPSD since 13.02.2006 to till date (2 years and 2 months)
Very much experienced in the P&ID study, implementing suggestions, deleting unwanted points, safe start up of plants after shut down, documentation in view of ISO, BSC, and HIRA study.
Hydrotreater Unit: Process for removing sulfur, Nitrogen and metals from the Diesel and VGO by catalytic hydro-treating in the form of H2S. We are handling the silent killer gas H2S and it is removing from the Recycle gas by Amine treatment .

2. GAIL India Ltd. (Erstwhile Gas Authority of India Ltd), PATA, U.P., (India's principal and largest Gas Processing, Transmission and Marketing company, set up by the Government of India and designed by M/s Stone & Webster Engg. Corporation (SWEC), USA)
Worked as Process Field Operator in Gas Sweetening Unit in tenure basis– Unit with gas processing capacity of 14.5 MMSCMD, from 05.09.2001 to 31.01.2006

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering in April 2001 at Govt. Polytechnic, Kalamassery, Kerala with 67.25% (Ist Class).
• S.S.L.C in March 1998 at Ganapathy Vilasam High School, Kerala with 80.66%

• Certificate course in STCW (Standardization of Training and Certification of Watch Keeping) - It’s a mandatory safety course for Offshore jobs.

Attended 3 major shutdowns in Reliance refinery. Well known in safety hand over procedure of equipments and taking back from maintenance during shutdown and normal running. Good knowledge about positive isolation, risk assessment and control measures to be taken during job.
