Inspection of Plant Piping/Off-Plot Pipeline, Spools Pre-fabrication in Fab- Shop as per relevant Spec/Std. and codes, Offshore Rig Jacket Installation and Sub-sea Pipeline laying and Hydrotest

ƒæReview of Vendor Pre-qualification documents, Quality Control Plan & Inspection Test Plan and Technical Audit on Vendor Production Facilities based on Contract Spec¡¦s, Company Spec¡¦s and International Codes.
ľPreparation/ Processing and certification of Piping Test Packages Punch list preparation, clearance and client sign off.
ƒæFamiliarity with Saudi ARAMCO/KJO and PDO (Petroleum Development Oman) Specifications ¡V SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, PDO Spec¡¦s.
ľExcellent working knowledge of applicable Industry standards in Welding, Piping, Equipment Installation and Storage Tanks such as ASME IX, ASME VIII, ASME/ANSI B 31.3,31.4,/31.8, API 570, API 510, API 650, API 620, API RP 2A, API 1104, AWS D1.1.
