As Systems Analyst:

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):

Manage and that define Organization’s implementation on the customized Financial and Supply Management Applications Suite. Analyzes Business Processes to determine appropriate Technology Solutions, Delivers or Facilitates the Delivery of Application Development and Support Services and Formulates Plans to address future requirements to ensure customer and Information Technology Alignment of Direction,

Resources and Priorities:

- Manage and define Organization’s implementation on any Operational Applications Suite (Construction,
LAN/WAN, Power plant operation & Transportation system etc.).

- Lead user groups in assessing technology and enhancement alternatives and in identifying and prioritizing
system enhancement and change requests.

- Perform research and fact-finding to develop business process models and functional and process
specifications.

- Demonstration of significant functional knowledge of one or more of the target customer set.

- Ability to apply strong analytical skills to solving business and system problems.

- Ability to lead multi-disciplined teams in developing and implementing Information Technology solutions
for the Organization.

- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with Information Technology Customers
/ User Group.

- Demonstration of strong oral and written communications skills.

- Maintaining the professional competence, knowledge and skills necessary to effectively complete

- Maintaining Sensitive and Confidential Information regarding company information.


- Eight or more years experience in Systems Analysis, Programming, Project Management or Systems

- Have effective oral and written communication skills , analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to
prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Educational background :
a. Graduate- (Eng. & Economics) - Chittagong University.-1985 .
b. H.S.C.(Science) -Dhaka Board - 1981.
c. Diploma in computer Since - 1998
d. Professional Course on "Information Need Analysis & System Design"-1994
e. Professional Course on " Operation & Maintenance of Personal Computers"-Bangladesh Engineers Institute-1995.


Computer Literacy :

a. Windows NT4.0 (Enterprise), Windows-XP, MS-Office, Visual Basic.
b. Operation and maintenance of Hardware and Software.
c. System Design on LAN & WAN.
d. Preparation of Audio-Visual graphical presentations.
e. Graphics- Computerized Editing (Audio-Video, Linear & Non-Linear
Video Editing) .

Joined Bangladesh Army in 1982 as Commissioned Officer. Serve up to 1998 and gone for self retirement as Major. During the service period, I have performed in various staff appointments in various level & have gone through various types of special technical training. In additional to that I had long service in Chittagong Hill Tracks fighting Counter insurgency war, carried out all kinds of pacification works for the development of trivial people ensuring their safety and security, education, health and sanitation. Carried out extensive operation to fight Selivral Malaria and other diseases. In 1991, I had the chance to work with American Marin Corp in OPERATION SEA ANGELS for the Rescue and Rehabilitation Program; Building houses, Schools & Flood Shelters on costal areas and Islands of Bangladesh.

Special Training & Practical Handling Experiences :

a. Worked as a System Analyst in Defence Servises Command & Staff College, Mirpur, Dhaka.
b. Training on Heavy & Medium Vehicle.
c. Operation & Maintenance on Power Generator (1 MVA - 10 MVA) .
d. Operation and Maintenance of VSAT and Radio Link Equipments.
e. Installation and maintenance of Audio Visual equipment of mass comm.
