Ensuring safety of workers by arranging for workmens compensation funds, workers compensation claims;
Responsible for timekeeping, accrued benefit records, maintaining employee files, Insurance files and other administrative files;
Responsible for assessment of training needs and accordingly arranging training workshops;
Responsible for conducting exit interviews in case of resignations and for necessary settlement of dues at the time of termination of employment;
Well versed with UAE Labour Laws.
