„« Carries out all routine and First Aid medical treatment for the Rig and service contractor¡¦s personnel on site. Attend and treat casualties of accidents and arrange further treatment as required liaise closely with the client¡¦s medical officer to arrange suitable transportation of seriously ill or injured patients to the nearest hospital for treatment.
„« Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate of drugs and medical supply maintaining inventory of same. Also for monitoring shelves life of above supply¡¦s ensuring that when supplies are received that they have maximum life before expiry.
„« Maintain accurate records of medical treatment and drug prescribed.
„« Responsible for the implementation of the requirement of the company¡¦s health and safety policy.
„« Monitors environmental health and hygienic at camp and rig, especially inspection of all foods preparation areas and food stores. Also making sure that all catering staff is fit to serve food and that they have necessary hygiene certificates.
„« Monitoring quality of food in both junior and senior staff mess and rig site.
„« Must make regular inspection of all sanitary arrangements, all bathrooms including junior staff, bathroom, ensuring that they are maintained in good condition.
„« Make sure that all waste is being disposed of correctly and regularly,
„« Carries out potable water quality tests at camp and rig, collects water samples and dispatches to base for analysis.
„« Ensuring that catering company are spraying the camp for pest control.
„« Carries out routine administrative duties at the Rig, including typing, filling as required and is the focal point for maintaining records of the H.R Management system.
„« Act as deputy journey manager, and also is in charge of petty cash.
„« Carries out all routine administration duties on the rig and at camp including fax telex and radio transmission and receipt. Interface with Electronics Mail System and general typing and correspondence.
„« Make arrangements for all senior and junior staff transport between the Rig/coast, coast/Rig and reserve all hotel accommodation, reservation on the coast for arriving and departing staff.
„« Act as interface between Rig and client emergency services.
