Professional Experience
Recruitment:
? Responsible for the Operations, Maintenance, Call Center and the Construction accounts regarding the recruitment and all related issues (Preparing candidates pool, Interviewing qualified ones{Single or panel interviews}, reference check, preparing and delivering the offer letter, following up the medical checkup, ensuring hiring process is terminated with the personnel department).
? Head hunting high calibers for the top managerial levels.
? Responsible for conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
? Responsible for building and updating the team's Database to easily calculate our KPIs.
? Dealing with HRIS (Hits & Oracle) in issues related to recruitment and Training.
Training:
? Undergoing the training process starting from the TNA using the GAP Analysis, preparing the yearly training plan, implementing training courses as planned, starting to gather the impact of the training data.
? Dealing with all related Departments (Internal and external including governmental ones) to ensure that the training process is done smoothly.
Other Responsibilities:
? Supporting the compensation team in the job matching step in the Watson Wyatt Salary Survey (where I was responsible of handling around 50 jobs).
? Supporting the Benefits team in receiving medical claims and the medical invoices revision.
