SENIOR TECHNICIAN IN INSTRUMENTATION (GAS INDUSTRY )

Maintenance of such equipments: valves, transmitters, switches (level, pressure, flow and temperature) and any troubleshooting related to instrumentation. Sequenses of compressor dryer heaters

- Inspection ,calibration and installation of transmitters( pressure ,flow,temp,level )
- Work on smart transmitters using communicators( HART,yokogawa PT100,PT200 communicators)
- Calibration and check of different switches (pressure, level, temp, flow…)
- Work on control valves: dismantling, inspection, control different parts and calibration.
- Work on control loops supervised by YOKOGAWA control system (DCS) for troubleshooting.
- Intervene in PLC 's system which is installed for the safety part of the plant.
- Troubleshooting of different equipment sequence such as reboilers, pumps, heaters ,air dryers,air compressors…
- Do preventive maintenance scheduled
- Good knowledges about PID
- Work on high pressure
- Work on group and individually
- Able to identify and use a variety of test and measurement equipments including digital and analogue voltmeters ,pneumatic and smart calibrators
- Use a variety of pneumatic,electrical,and hand tools for specific jobs
- Able to read/understand P&d's,loop sheets, cause and effects and schematic diagrams
- Ability to prepare simple reports containing measurement data or summaries of problems
- have knowledge of trip sequences and process fault finding

Good knowledge about Microsoft operating systems from DOS to windows XP. Also word, excel and power point
