Vacuum Gasoil Deep Conversion Complex Project at Volgograd Refinery,Russia.

My main tasks and responsibilities were:
- Verification of contractor’s and sub-contractor welding and fabrication activities, material identification in compliance with relevant Procedures and Specifications (ISO 9001 2001, BPV ASME IX, code B 31.1: B31.3 and per Russian codes as well),
- Supervision over fabrication, construction, welding, mechanical and pipe installation operations,
- Observe and report of welding operations safety,
- Perform construction and NDT surveillance (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT, PMI, HT) to ensure corrective action as required per ITP,
- Monitoring contractors and sub-contractors welding activities and supervision personnel performance,
- Certification of WPS on welding and welders.


03/13 – 02/14 : QA/QC Pipeline / Pipeline Facilities Welding Coordinator,
Woodgroup PSN(UK), Caracal Energy(Canada), Petrochad Pipeline Project, Republic of Chad.

My main tasks and responsibilities were:
- Verification of contractor’s and sub-contractor welding and fabrication activities, material identification in compliance with relevant Procedures and Specifications (API 1104;API 5L, B31.3),
- Supervision over fabrication, construction, welding, mechanical and pipe installation operations,
- Observe and report of welding operations safety,
- Perform construction and NDT surveillance (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT, HT) to ensure corrective action as required per ITP,
- Monitoring contractors and sub-contractors welding activities and supervision personnel performance,
- Certification of procedures on welding and welders,
- Updating the QA/QC production electronic log system as required.
