1-Preparing initial schedule and cost estimate.
2-get other departments alignments and approvals.
3-Coordination between Designers, Operation, Safety and QA to get their approval on any changes at site and to minimize shutdown time.
4-Bidding preparation and evaluation for equipments and contractors.
5-Review and approve designer, contractor and suppliers submittals such as shop drawings, data sheets, procedures, samples, invoices
6-Follow-up on purchasing get involved on commercial negotiation with suppliers and contractors
7-Follow-up on Financial and purchasing departments to control our equipment logistics and project budget.
8-Supervising and responsible of all activities at site (Preparation, execution and touch-up).

Mechanical Project Engineer at Metito Water Treatment (Regional Office For north Africa) Responsible for the following tasks at ELKUREIMAT Power station II (1500 MW).
1-Prepare, Review and modify pretender documents (drawings, BOQ specifications, General and special Conditions, schedule, etc...)
2-Coordination with other departments during project execution phase.
3-Coordination with engineering designer (if required) during engineering phase.
4-Bidding preparation and evaluation.
5-Supervising construction activities to ensure that they are all carried out as per contract documents, terms and conditions.That would include applying International Codes & Standards.
6-Review and approve all the contractor submittals such as shop drawings, data sheets, procedures, samples, invoices, etc...
7-Prepare for management “Progress evaluation reports”.
