Professional Experience
Currently working as MEP Engineer for Group Five Al Naboodha Construction for the ‘Dubai International Airport Expansion Project – Phase-11’ from April 2007 till date. The job responsibilities include
Coordinating with the subcontractors regarding the installation and commissioning of the following systems.
o HVAC
o Fire Fighting System
Carrying out the inspection (Installation & Commissioning) for the above-mentioned systems along with the consultant & client.
Providing the necessary inputs to the planning department based on the current working scenario.
Preparing the work progress report for percentage of work completion & present the same in weekly progress meeting.
From June 2005 to March 2007
Worked as the Cost Estimator & Project Planner for Al Jaber L.L.C Abu Dhabi UAE with the following job responsibilities.
o Estimating the hourly working cost of various Machineries such as Cranes, Heavy Duty Trenchers, Bulldozers, Excavators, Dumper Trucks etc. by considering the Purchase Cost, Life of the Asset, Resale Value, Interest, Insurance, Fuel Consumption, Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Cost.
o Planning of the projects (basically equipment requirement) based on the estimated requirement summary provided by the client.
