Nineteen years continuous service with Zueitina Oil Company based in a remote desert location Oil and Gas Production Facility.

Stationed at an Oil Producing Plant in a remote desert location on a 14 days on 14 days off schedule. Inspects, tests and maintains all fire-fighting and emergency equipment, assists in emergency training of other plant personnel and performs Fire watch duties as required during “Hot Work” jobs on the plant. Assists in Safety Inspections and responds to all plant emergencies as first response Fire & Emergency crew operating Fire Tender as required. Perform repair maintenance of safety equipment such as fire trucks, fire pumps, breathing air compressor, foam skids, etc.

Conduct accident investigations, prepare safety incident reports, assists in pressure vessels inspection, issues safety work permits, hot work / cold work & vessel entry permits, prepares daily, weekly and monthly safety reports, conducts regular fire fighting drills, performs emergency fire drills as part of overall plant emergency procedure, trains fire station crew and assesses their skills and performance on a regular basis, conducts regular safety meeting with field operations and maintenance personnel, performs safety audit of the plant / location as a whole, other jobs as instructed by the Safety Coordinator.
