• Ensure Welding sets are Calibrated.

Responsibility:
• Supervise material receipt from either vender or customer, ensuring safe off loading and placement in assigned storage location.
• Carry out initial checks on received materials for verification of items as per Purchase order, Material requisition or Customers request documentation verification of items(Part no,Pin no,Code no)associate documentation.
• Prepare all receiving and inspecting documentation.
• Check Inventory and the condition of Bi-monthly Raw Material Report.
• Preparing for Scott Gases tracking sheet and Hazards Materials (MSDS) tracking file.
• Issue Materials (Direct End-user Materials) from store, against material Issue Voucher (MIV) as approved by responsible engineers.
• Identification of Pre-Fabrication Materials as per Drawing.
• Assign serial number to each inventory item to facilitate identification and movement.
• Supervise on tracking and updating warehouse physical inventory.
• Responsible for the Warehouse Store keepers, Warehouse helpers and Ware house forklift drivers.
