To Deliver Services and Projects Brilliantly on time and in full.

· Improvement of process operations in all departments in the Brewery to reduce COGS.
· Global KPI reporting and ensuring authenticity and handshake of Figures.
· Ensure that competency assessment is done yearly to determine further training requirements.
· Manage and ensure all training requirements are met for the Brewery to improve operations.
· Drive optimization initiatives PIPs, BCM, Perfect plant Initiatives and all WCM initiatives.
· Writing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Manage Engineering KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) with clear KRAs (Key Result Areas).
· Manage all Engineering and Brewing assets via Asset Care Management Techniques.
· Manage running of all Engineering Services plants to provide adequate services On Time and In Full for Production and Packaging operations
· Establishment and running of Non-core maintenance contract
· Establishment and running of a well defined FLT maintenance contract.
· Establishment of a proper Engineering department and managing the department to bring all Engineering Key Performance Indicators within the set brewery objective.
· Establish maintenance plan and maintain all plants across brewery to achieve 95% maintenance efficiency.
· Establish a proper Engineering store to ensure FIFO with proper reorder levels.
· Overhaul of all plants in the brewery.
· Establishment of a full brewery workshop
· Overhaul Packaging lines in Guinness Nigeria to improve Packaging capabilities, raise line efficiencies and ensure integrity of packaging lines.
· Carry out all Capital Expenditure Projects in Packaging in Guinness Nigeria.
· Optimisation studies and system simulation for increased productivity
· Lay out planning
· Project management (planning/leadership)
