Electrical and Instrument Planner

Responsible for updating and improving maintenance system in the SAP system. I also experience in planning and scheduling of normal maintenance work, break down, turnaround, activity controlling and monitoring progress of maintenance work order

1. Provide planning technical support necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, major maintenance overhauls and modification on the petrochemical plant and responsible for maintenance and updating the SAP CMMS system.
2. Generate maintenance report and update SAP orders and notifications with actual resources consumed also to update equipment history including damage codes and summary or work performed and technical completion of orders and closer of notifications.
3. Input /update the Maintenance database & records and produce a wide variety of Maintenance & Inspection schedules and reports.
Performs regular SAP CMMS check up / overview and ensures that complete records are available whenever needed.
4. Prepared and updating Weekly Maintenance job schedules, creating and generating PM Work orders using SAP Deadline Monitoring for Maintenance Plans.
