Quality Engineer - QC / QA in respect of Product, Process & ISO 9001 requirements

•To manage / improve the effectiveness of Quality Management Systems within the facility, in the way that all customer requirements are fulfilling.

•To conduct Internal Audits on quarterly basis to find / remove weaknesses of the system and present Audit Findings for Management Review.

•Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor from IRCA (International Register of Certified Auditors), UK.

•Successfully accomplished external audits in the facility of ISO 9000 Certifying Body, ASTA BEAB.

•To calculate the efficiencies of all available resources and made requisition for the procurement of resources. (Machines, manpower, space etc)

•Analyze the requisition of predictive maintenance on all machines to avoid the breakdowns and for product improvement.

•To prevent Customer Complaints / Customer Returns by taking Corrective and Preventive actions and handle customer complaints effectively by finding / analyzing to the root causes.

•Calibration of all the instruments used at different shop floors.

•Testing of Conduits and Wiring Devices (Switches & Sockets).

•Inspect the Raw Material and Incoming Components, purchased from outside, prior to be used for manufacturing and assembly, to ensure product development / improvement.

•Make reports to monitor production performance and to maintain shop floor control on daily basis

•Aware with the operation of Extrusion, Injection Moulding and Compression Moulding machines and can analyze the root causes if discrepancies found in product.

•Member of Internal Audit team for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

•Actively participate in 5S, ISO, and Cost effective programs
