Perform routine accounting works up to finalization.
Maintain General Ledger-inputting and ensuring the accuracy of G/L booking and analysis of movement of accounts
Assisting Chief Accountant in month-end closing
Generating and reviewing monthly debit invoices .
Controls and ensures that all vendor’s bills are booked accurately.
Checking and comparing vouchers with LPO/ Purchase request.
Preparation of Bank recociliation statement on monthly basis.
Recording of bank transaction realated to all receipts & payments.
Trouble shooting works in Accounts Dept.
Reconciliation of Customer / Vendors statements.
Controlling the Cash/bank position on daily basis.
Dealing with Banks & Insurance companies.
Keeping petty cash under imprest system.
Checking of Overtime calculation & disbursement of the same.
Preparing periodic income reports for management

B.Com from a recogonized Indian University- University of Kerala§Diploma in Data management and Computer Software (APTECH)

Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel & Word.
Expertise in Dac Easy & Orbit financial system.

Sound knowledge of Double Entry.
Expertise in communication and correspondence.
Independent handling of all secretarial jobs
