JOB DESCRIPTION:

Examination Department:

• Orderly organization and maintenance of official records (past and present).

• Organizing and efficient procurement and presentation of official material especially examination performas, guidelines, oral / clinical material, feed backs etc., both computerized and manual.

• Dealing with transaction of bank drafts / vouchers in collaboration with the Finance Department.

• Documentation and maintenance of official correspondence.

• Data entry and report building through MIS Software.

• Good interpersonal departmental and inter departmental relationship.

• Guiding and coordinating with junior staff members
