Job description
-In this job I'm team shift engineer responsible of maintenance and troubleshoot in a Sinai white Cement project.

1. System part
- PLC (ALLEN BERADLY)
The plant consists of nine main PLC units model Plc/5 and 15 local PLC units model SLC/500.

2. Instrumentation part.
Maintenance for medium & low voltage motors, (flow, level, pressure, density, motion, temperature) sensors, weight systems, gas analyzer and packing machines

Job Description:
-In this job I’m a member of team shift responsible of Hardware &Software maintenance of all the Automation &Control devices in (AMMONIA NITRATE PLANT).

3. System part.
-HIMA SYSTEM
Ability to troubleshooting and maintenance HIMA system which used to control wet part.


- DCS (CS3000 Yokogawa Centum).
- Hardware troubleshooting, maitanence and installation of DCS component.
- Software (DSC software installation, Graphic, logic diagram, sequences construction, trends and totalization) design and maintenance.

4. Instrumentation part.
Having the ability to make Calibration, Wiring, Troubleshooting and DCS connection for...
-Flow meters (vortex, magnetic, coriolis and weight (minismart) flow meters devices.
Also have ability to make Calibration to vibration and thrust and speed monitor calibration
-Valves (ON/OFF and control valves).
- Sensors (Temperature, Pressure, PH, differential pressure (level), vibration, axial (thrust), speed...).


Ability to use Hart communication device in Calibration.

Ability to troubleshooting motor drive circuit.

***Note: the plant is new and I was a member of the installation team in the plant, also I attended the starting up of the plant, which was filled with problem.
