My duties include the following:
- Logistical arrangements
(Site inspection and Budget Preparation)
- Represented the Project Manager to do site inspections for potential conference venues, budgetary reports on conferences and assisted in meetings over discussions on budgetary matters
- Organized and planned (ticketing/visa/protocol/accommodation) the Project teams travelling arrangements to the ASPG conference in Wellington and also including within the Fiji region
- Assigned as project assistant
(Preparation of disposition forms/attendance and other personnel matters for the project staff members)
- Provide effective administrative needs of the other 6 graduate trainees and organized the team’s participation on social activities as part of our interaction with the Fiji Parliament Secretariat.
