8. Wide networking for price data, supplier, etc
9. Management of the project including payment claims, variations and final accounts
10.Working closely with site foreman and management to ensure project are constructed within budget.
11. Liaising with consultant and client throughout the project
12. Processing progress claims and variation to ensure on time submission
13. Negotiation with subcontractors to determine norms
14. Ensure the integrity of contract quantity data
