Inventory Controller & Accountant

Seeking a job in a progressive company giving a chance for advancing to provide with quality solutions to major and complex accounting, control and technical issues.

I have the control of all materials and equipments related with production facilities, drilling rigs and work-over warehouses, such as: codification of materials and assets, materials Specification / Cataloging / standardization and manufacturing in the oil and gas industry / inventory control / delivery and receipt of materials, local and internationals purchases. Manage turnaround stores operation.
Details:
1-Follow up with field warehouse staff on a daily basis regarding day-to-day transactions & issues.

2- Responsible for control and management of all production & Drilling materials that arrived at the
Warehouse, including follow up to all related to documents received and dispatch to different locations
According to the production operations, covering the movement of materials (receipt, storage and
Dispatches), supporting, including all reports concerning the materials data base into the system, as part of
Company's materials information system.

3-Assist in the quarterly & annual “Physical Stock Count”.

4-Travel to the field, to coordinate with WH staff and solve all outstanding issues, in addition to give them
Support & training on The "Inventory system" (IDEAS).

5-coordinate with WH staff during the “Rolling” stock count, on Monthly basis.

6-Follow up all Warehouse documents (Receipts, Issuances, Transfers, adjustment, stock cards... Etc).

7- coordinate with our “Cost Recovery Audit Coordinator”
Regarding the “inventory” outstanding issues……

8- Reconcile all accounts related to inventory (Gain&Loss , Inventory Burden , MIT "Materials In Transit ,
Inventory main activities , and Inter company transfer) in monthly basis.

9- Find all related receipts & issuances.

10- Communicate all the needs & requirements to field logistics staff.

Pre-Graduated – Faculty of Electrical Engineering- power department.

- Certificate in FIRST AID Training from the Red Crescent.

- Certificate in Training Course (Oil & Gas Industry) from British Co.

- Commercial Letters and open L/C’s in Banks In addition to dealing with many
famous Exporting Companies
in India, China, Thailand & Germany … (2 years experience as Executive
Manager in a Large Company
in Damascus).

- Computer skills (Windows, Internet, Hardware, Software , Office Tools “Word,
Excel, power point “/speed Typing )
- Automation and PLC Programming (Academic education and personal efforts).

- Designing (Photoshop, AutoCAD…) (1 year experience in privet engineering
Co. "Damascus")

- General Programming Languages: C++, Delphi "Training Courses and personal
efforts".
