 Design quality: A.M.D.E.C., drafting of the documentary system, interface this project/production/customer.
 Internal quality: definition of the strategy unit quality, piloting by dashboard, installation of the best practices quality, M.S.P. (S.P.C.), formation.
 Starting in the capacity as a new chain of production.
 Transfer of competences within the framework of externalisations of productions.
 Results: reduced rejects of 68% (of 1,1% to 0,35% in two years), incident rate external customers reduced by 40%, interns of 80%, returns reduced customers of 92% over 13 month.
