Supervision of construction activities and implementation of working drawings on site with quality check on the sub contractors. Maximization of efficient resource utilization trough hiring labor, procurement of materials and equipment according to the prescribed schedule and plan. Preparation of bar bending schedules for slabs, beams and other structural members. Checking of bills for onward submission to the client. Providing technical support and assistance to fellow Site Engineers and timely completion of works as per planned schedule and Specifications. Preparation and management of civil works. Coordination with the client office. Preparing daily progress report etc.

Building damage assessment survey in earth quake affected area (Tehsil Balakot). Close coordination with all the stake holders in four union councils of tehsil balakot. Supervision of thirteen field engineers during the damage assessment survey. To assist field engineers whenever and whatever technical assistance they needed. Assessment all the activities carried out under the reconstruction and rehabilitation unit SRSP balakot. Training of house owners in these union councils about earthquake resistant construction as per ERRA guide lines and training of skilled personnel in these union councils. Supervision of construction and provision of assistance to community in earthquake resistant construction as per ERRA guide lines. Survey of various drinking water supply schemes. Routine training to subordinate staff for their professional development. Develop data collection system to monitor and ensure quality control of all activities. Record keeping and progress reporting to higher management.
