Main Responsibility

•In Bosicor I assist the Laboratory Commissioning team for the installation of Lab instruments.
•Supervise & control various Laboratory activities.
•Carried out the more complex tests & analyses of crude petroleum products(Naphtha,Kerosene,HSD,Furnance,Fuel Oil,LPG,Reformate,Jet Fuel & Gasoline) water, sulfur & other substances.
•QA/QC of petroleum products as per ASTM,IP,UOP & other International test procedures. Calibrate the test equipments & standardize various analytical reagents.
•Maintain Lab inventory such as chemicals, glasswares, gases.

Main Responsibility

In which QC lab RON engine, GC analyzer & finish products analysis of naphtha, kerosene, M/S, jet fuels, HSD, furnace oil, BTX (benzene, toluene, xylene) different great of lubes & different type of gases such as LPG, hydrogen sulfide, permanent & emission gases. Complete testing of Lube, fuels. Product following (ASTM, IP, UOP & Refinery related methods) was a part of my job.

Analysis of Water Samples
Testing of different types of water samples like Boiler Water, Desalination Water, Boiler Blow Down, Effluent Water, Raw Water, Total Dissolved Solids, Conductivity, Carbonate, Bicarbonate, Chloride, Sulphate, Phosphate, Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Iron, Total Hardness, Oil in water.

Analysis of Gases
Experience on gaseous samples analysis. Sampling of gases, LPG, high pressure gas/liquid samples,acid gas & liquid sulphur. Carry out physical and chemical tests on finished products or at intermediate stage and incoming feed streams.Adheres to international standard testing methods like ASTM, UOP, IP, HACH… etc. collection of gas samples and carry out physical & chemical tests on chemicals and hydrocarbons used or produced by Gas.Responsible for upkeep of all Lab areas & daily sampling/analysis of gas as per schedule.
