Position: Junior Mechanical Technician
Basic Function:
Troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, modify, align and maintain a wide range of mechanical stationary, rotating and reciprocating equipments.(Refer attach details of Job Description)
Handles various mechanical works/projects on stationary and rotating equipment
Perform fabrication works of various mechanical parts
Performs precision shaft alignment using dial indicator method,reverse dial method and laser alignment.
Discuss, coordinates, suggest equipments troubles, repairs or modification with Mechanical Supervisor or Engineers. Read and interpret blue prints, manual, plans and equipments specification
Analyzes equipment failures and do corrective actions.
Handles reconditioning, troubleshooting, modification and analysis of mechanical seal break down(balance and un balance seal)
Experienced in proper handling and selection of mechanical packing, gasket, O-ring and oil seal.
Discuss, coordinates, suggest equipments troubles, repairs or modification with Mechanical Supervisor or Engineers. Read and interpret blue prints, manual, plans and equipments specifications.
