A brief summary of my accomplishments are :
1. Was adjudged as winner of the “Young Manager Contest” held at BPCL in 2006. This contest is conducted annually to identify young talent in the company and for nurturing them for higher positions within the group companies. This contest tests both the technical and managerial qualities of the candidate wherein the candidate is to present a SWOT(Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) analysis of the existing refinery in terms of both technical and financial terms and present the findings in the form of a written document and conduct a power point presentation before an eminent panel of judges from the industry.
2. Received several appreciations from the management for proposing schemes/suggestions aimed at reducing operating cost and improving refinery margins.
