Material Controller

„_ Attending some meeting to discussing regarding Material handling performs warehousing such as Receiving Material, Issuing Material, Stock Location, Borrower Tools, Inventory Control and Pick list issuer including Hazardous and Non-Hazardous.
„_ Material handling ensures material is handled documents stored and segregated in accordance with applicable site procedures. Maintain warehouse security and integrity for material in accordance with site requirement.
„_ Material handler performs some work outside such as unloading and loading of materials and materials transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities
I. Material Receiving „_ monitoring in and out material from the warehouse, when the vendors delivered the materials to warehouse assuring that they have an attached P.O. (Purchase order) or DR (Delivery Receipt) All Equipments and Spare Parts should be inspected by material specialist or QA.
Example: If they have discrepancy the materials, noting the invoice or delivery receipt. Used OSDR form (Overage, Shortage, and Damaged & Reject) and send to the vendor about this problem, materials temporary keeping in quarantine area.
Example: If the material has no discrepancy-received document in SAP, system hazardous or non-hazardous, materials bring to proper location as part of inventory.
j. Material Issuing „_ to end-user through work request accuracy and proper authorization including stock number, complete description, quantity issued and signing by authorized signatories,
K. Material Direct Delivery „_ to end-user, advised to summit the invoice to warehouse immediately for processing. All material to the end-user spare parts, consumable items, equipments or chemicals to minimize receiving related backlog, update all files and prepare monthly inventory report.
M. Inventory Control „_ to perform the task as an inventory control under logistic department, perform cycle count of stocks resolution with material replenishment. Example: Evaluate inactive items, obsolete stock materials and review & adjust stock level. Coordinating to expediter for new changes, arrange filling in proper location and prepared monthly inventory report.
