- In charge of a team of engineers: Piping Engineers and Supervisors, Electrical/Instrumentation Engineers,Process Engineers, Civil engineer, QA/QC Supervisors, Designer, Material Coordinators.
- Responsible for safe realization of projects within Budget and schedule:
- Define Scope of works, Elaborate and issue Tenders for contracts with external contractors

1979 - 1984 :
Sponsored by SONATRACH PRODUCTION, I went to study in U.S.A,
At the University of AUSTIN TEXAS then at SAN-DIEGO STATE UNIVERSITY.
From where I graduated in December 1984 With a B.Sc. Degree in Electrical
Engineering and a B.A Degree in FRENCH as a second major.


1971 - 1979 :

PRODUCTION DIVISION - HASSI-MESSAOUD field (Algerian Sahara).
- as FOREMAN :
New works Department (TN).
Supervising the installation of electrical equipment for a Project of Construction of a new oil
separation unit (water, oil and gas) in Hassi-Méssaoud.
Construction of oil pipelines from. wells to the refinery (Welding , testing)..

1968 - 1971 :
SN - REPAL - French Petroleum company in Algeria.
Oil treatment center Hassi-Messaoud.
- As PRINCIPAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANT:
Kept all the plans of the refinery and the production center up to date, designed new drafts…

During all those years with the company, I participated at two seminars at the FRENCH PETROLEUM INSTITUTE in PARIS others in Algeria , CIMIX GMAO with INDUS INTERNATIONAL.

EDUCATION:

BACHELOR of Science in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING from
San-Diego State University ( U.S.A ).

BACHELOR of Arts in FRENCH (as a second major Same University.)
