Chemical Engineer/Assistant Senior Vice President Technical

Preparing Daily /Monthly Production & consumption report.Monitor the Producion daily and Qulaity. Implementing 5S Activity & working in Iso certification

I was hired at the preliminary stage of the project since it is road gross project.
My Responsibilities:
1. Preparing Vendors list & Vendor Evaluation form and send it to the supplier and analyze it after receiving.
2. * Receiving Engineering documents/ drawings from our consultant (Chemtex Consulting, India-Kawasaki Heavy Industries[KHI], Japan)through File Transfer Protocol (FTP) * Segregating the document through a prepared list , distributing to the respective owner for review and collecting the Obsolete document. * Filing the Master Copy * Attending Technical discussion to collect the comments & preparing the return back sheet to send it to the consultant for modification.
3. * Receiving a Primavera Schedule from our consultant and update it. * Follow up with the consultant according to the schedule. * Preparing Primavera Schedule for OSBL Area.
4. Working in the AutoCAD drawings.
5. Preparing the Organization Chart for the Technical department.
6. Giving a training session about the process to the new technicians and engineers.
7. Preparing presentation for every monthly review meeting.
8. * Preparing Daily, Weekly, fortnightly & Monthly reports during the Construction & Erection stage.
* Calculating the Raw material and Utilities consumption, productivity daily and analyze it and give final Production consumption report to the Vice president Technical for review.
9. Team member of World Class Manufacturing and giving session to the employees.
10. Team member for implementing ISO 9000,14001.
11. Coordinating for the technical meetings and write the minutes of meeting.
12. Floating the enquiries for chemical equipment, dealing and attend technical and commercial negotiation.
13. Preparing the trends chart (Capability chart and Control Chart) for quality & calculating the Cpk (Process capability index) through JUSE or Minitab Analysis Software.
