In Aksa-Egypt for Acrylic Fiber industry.

Job duties:
a)Leading the maintenance team to achieve the maximum productivity of the factory and minimize the breakdown periods.
b)Manage the maintenance team (Electrical, Mechanical & Boiler technicians) for arranging the vacations & the shifts.
c)The job includes also the mechanical faults like:
Gearboxes, Heat Exchangers, Bearings, Rollers (rubber & steel), Hydraulic system with its devices (pressure controllers, solenoids & pumps) & Compressed air system (Atlas Copco air compressors, air dryers, pressure controllers, regulators, pneumatic valves & the air lines) beside the electrical faults (Drives & Control panels components & Automation Systems).
d)Dealing with the spare parts suppliers (Receipt & Check the spare parts).
e)Stock control of spare equipment and consumables.
f)Check & study the maintenance & equipment suppliers' contracts (Mantrac, Atlas Copco , Thorn & NALCO).
g)Responsibility for the water treatment unit (soft water unit) with its pumps & tanks & have a good knowledge about the chemical operations of water treatment.
h)Responsibility for the water Boiler (Erensan 8 tons/hour), its chemicals (water chemicals & steam chemicals) & the steam line (piping, valves, filters & steam traps).
i)Responsible for the Fire-Fighting systems:
Alarm system: Addressable system based on Minerva 8 fire controller panel, smoke & heat detectors.
Fire fighting system: jockey, electrical & diesel pumps.
j)Preparing the maintenance reports & plans.
k)Administrate on the infrastructure of the computer network (installation & maintenance).

( Maintenance Engineer ).
