Job Description:
•Manage acting as Elect Fabrications Designer
Manage drafting team, check mark up to produce drawing.
•Liaise with client closely in order to provide design as per specification.
•Prepare fabrication drawing register (Index) and updated progress report on drawing deliverable.
•Redesign cable ladder and Design Field run tray to suit project requirement base on PDMS review.
•Design plinth support detail for Electrical equipment based on Vendor Data Incorporation (VDI).
•Understanding and checking cable block/wiring/termination diagram and cable schedule.
•Co-operate with Production Engineer department to make red line mark-up for AS-BUILT.
•Prepare Design/Marked-up for fabrication shop drawings such as layout drawing, details drawing, cable routing and etc.
•Final checked at site for all support detail as per drawing before installation.
•Checked IFA/IFC shop drawings and do Interdisciplinary Check (IDC) with other Discipline before send to Client for approve.
•Custody for As-Built stage.
•Monitoring electrical discipline during fabrication.
•To make sure the implementation followed the specification provided.
•Co-operate with Production Engineer, designer and draught person from all discipline on fabrication drawing for approval.
•Control drawing and filing system for engineering.
•Co-operate with PDMS operator in modeling design for electrical equipment.
•Monitoring filing system for Electrical drawings.
•Monitoring As-Built stage for confirmation as a drawing shown
