Thai HSE Trainer/ Interpreter/ Safety Inspector

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Training & Development Department (Baku, Azerbaijan)

• Translating company policies, safe working practice, special training courses, Ethics Toolbox talk, welding procedure specification (WPS), and others documents as required from English into Thai Language
• Acting as interpreter for visiting presenters/ resident trainers/ immediate supervisor within training center and others locations as required.
• Conducting and Attending the Toolbox Talk meeting prior to performing the job and coach the worker in the correct method of filling out the RTC (Pre-task risk assessment)
• Coaching and Encourage the crews to observe based behavior safety management program (BBSM)
• Walkthrough inspection to carry out safety inspection and work behavior observation of self assessment program (SAP)
• Participate and responsible for providing safety training program for Thai workers both in onshore and offshore (PLBG) as per McDermott requirements such training as two days, three days and five days orientation programs, Permit To Work, Confined Space Entry, Task Risk Assessment, Job Card, Safety Induction, BBSM Performance, RTC, Etc.
• Interviewing and translating incident investigation from Thai into English.
• Ensure that all work groups are perform tasks in a safe manner
• Ensure that suitable personal protective equipments are issued as and when required, and ensure that personnel wear the same





 Training & Assurance Department, Marine Base (Re-location to Dubai, U.A.E. & Batam, Indonesia)

• Translating, arranging training materials and conducting training program for Thai workers such training as Marine offshore induction training, Permit to work, BBSM, Confined space entry, Hot work safety, H2S, Line of fire, Etc.
• Walkthrough at worksite to carry out safe work behavior observation and communicate to the crews.
