Thoroughly conversant in operation of DCS, emergencies, start-up & shutdown of plant,commissioning and monitoring of process parameters ensuring proper safety measures in all operations

 Presently I am working with Petrorabigh Refinery, Rabigh Co. which is to be established by SAUDI ARAMCO (SA) and SUMITOMO CHEMICAL Co.Ltd.(SCC),.The project will establish a fully integrated world class Refinery/Petrochemical complex at Rabigh. Atmospheric residue derived from Arabian Light (AL) crude and pipeline Ethane and Butane in an integrated High Olefins Fluid Catalytic Cracker (HOFCC) and Ethane Cracker Complex.The ethylene and propylene will be routed to a series of petrochemical units including three PE units with a total capcity of approximately 900 KTA, Two PP units, Propylene Oxide Unit, Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG) unit.
 Presently I am working in VACUUM GAS OIL(VGO) and HYDROGEN PLANT. The VGO will be hydrotreated sufficiently to maximise light olefin potential and allow low sulphur gasoline production directly off the HOFCC.Setting the world class state of art refinery with capacity of 400,000 BPSD refinery to produce Naphtha, Kerosene, Gasoline, HOFCC, ETHYLEN CRACKER, Diesel, and Fuel Oil. As well as 2.4 Million Ton per year of Polyolefin.
 The process is handled through Yokogawa CS 3000 DCS. Working as a CONSOLE OPERATOR from March 2007, area of working is VACCUME GAS OIL HYDROTREATER (75Kg/cm2g, 380o Deg C) 120,000 BPSD HYDROGEN PLANT 7.6 T/HRS.Technology supplied by AXENS and FOSTER WHEELERS).
 PRESENTLY I AM WORKING AS TEAM LEADER IN PRECOMISSIONING AND COMISSIONING ACTIVITIES.
 Worked with NIRMA LTD.(LAB Plant) Alindra Site, Savli, Baroda. Since June 2004 to March 2007, Joined as a PROCESS TECHNICIAN in HYDROTREATER PLANT
and HYDROGEN PLANT and was PROMOTED AS A PANEL OFFICER and implement
DCS System by TATA HONEYWELL TDC-3000.
 Worked with GULF STABILIZERS INDUSTRIES, Jubail, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA as a DCS Operator since 3rd August 2001 to May 2004. (From commissioning)
• Special experience of commissioning of (DIESEL HYDRO DE-SULPHORISATION) at Plant owned by INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD, West Bengal from MARCH'' 99 to JAN'' 2000 as a ''COMMISSIONING OPERATOR.''(TECNIMONT, SPA. ITALY)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Graduate in CHEMISTRY in 1993 from SARDAR PATEL UNIVERSITY, VALLABH VIDYANAGAR, GUJARAT.

 To wear SCBA set. (Self-continent breathing apparatus)
 AXENS training for the normal plant operation and trouble shooting.
 PSA(pressure swing absorber) handling and trouble shooting by UOP
 Issue permit likes hot work, cold work, excavation,gas test etc.. training conducted by ARAMCO
 Use of fire fighting equipments by conducting mock drills with team of SABIC and
civil defence.
