Fluid Engineer working as mud and completion fluids supervisor.
Follow Port Fouad – Temsah – Baltim fields for PETROBEL in Mediterranean Off-Shore activity.
During this period achieved a good experience in different type of drilling & completion fluids and drilling activities:
• Drilled Extended Reach well - HP/HT well - Extreme Lean Profile wells - Near balance and underbalance well (mud cap)- Mud line suspension
• Apply Stress Cage (Hole Straghtning) to increase fracture gradient in sand layers
• Use E-CD system to drill HP/HT well (ENI continuos circulating system)
• Use Secure Drilling System to drill HP/HT well
• OBM High Density - WBM HP/HT (Temp. 320degF) - New Tech. Inhibitive WBM (Hydrogurad – Ultradrill) application - OBM No Damaging fluid – Coredrill - High & Low Density No Damaging fluid (Brinedrill – DiPro - FloPro) studing Particle Size Distribution of weighting agents - High & Low Density Completion fluids (KCl – CaCl2 – CaBr2 – Zn/CaBr2)- High density slurries (Densecrete – Micromax)
• Application of new technologies for lost circulation (FLC2000 – FORM-A SQUEEZE)
• Optimization of drilling parameters and fluid properties for hole cleaning in high deviated wells
Worked in Cairo Office co-ordinating mud & cement service companies, supervisioning rig operations and waste management. Planning and designing fluids for well programme and operational problem.

05/05 – 12/05 ENI AGIP
Junior Mud Engineer assigned at ENI-Agip Ravenna Operational District, working as mud and completion engineer for on shore operation (Agri Valley & Pς Valley) and off shore operation on jack up rigs in Adriatic Sea.
• Drilled Horizontal well in Agri Valley with Extreme Lean Profile
• Multilateral completion number 5 with Dual Bore Deflector on well Agri 1or B.
• Fluid waste management
• Mini Beta completion system on wells Annabella platform in Adriatic Sea.
• Performed Frac Pack and Gravel Pack.

06/04 – 05/05 Joined ENI E&P attending Company’s training course including period of Training On The Job.

10/02 – 06/04 Lab Teacher in public high school – Organic & Inorganic chemistry, Physical chemistry and Biological chemistry labs.

High School Diploma, June 2000 - Industrial Chemistry Expert – marks 100/100.
