• Responsible for designing lighting system (High rise Buildings, Shopping Malls and Villas).
• Handling various activities such as Distribution board schedules, SMDB, MDB, and single line diagrams.
• Proactively managing voltage drop calculations and cable tray and trunking sizing calculations.
• Looking after designing lighting and earthing protection, designing of LV substation and their trench layout according to the rules of SEWA.
• Ensuring smooth Cable tray routing and busbar routing in high rise buildings.
• Responsible for Designing Voice & Data system, fire alarm system following the rules of local authorities.
• Accountable for designing low current systems such as:
- MATV, CATV, CCTV & Surveillance camera.
- Card access and security systems (Motion detectors).
- Voice and video intercom system.
- Public address and background music.
• Managing Electrical Design Calculation such as Panel Board Schedule Calculation with Voltage Drop & Cable Sizing Calculation.
• Accountable for managing Lighting Lux Level Calculation Using Different softwares and checking Contractor shop drawings.
• Interacting and coordinating clients, architects and with other departments like HVAC, Mechanical and Structural to locate openings and sleeves as per the requirement.
