Working at Jaguar Egypt Service Center the main dealer for Jaguar, Bentley, Land Rover,Ferrari and Masrati cars in Egypt as a:

1- Warranty engineer ( Make all warranty claims, discus the claims with jaguar UK, handle and manage all warranty process inside workshop, make warranty reports to the GM).

2-Service advisor engineer ( Take the car from the customer, knowing the complain ,deliver the car to the workshop with my technical view about the car problem, follow up the car process inside workshop and follow up the spare parts stores, finally
Return the car to the customer).

3-Work shop loading manager(calculate the workshop available hours , manage the entry cars ,load the car to the technicians, follow up all process inside the work shop with the technical work shop manager )

Currently working at Master Gas (CITADEL GROUP) as a Operation Manager

1-Handle and manage all process in conversion centers (6 conversion centers with 6 engineers and 62 technicians )

2-Handle and manage all C.N.G stations ( 5 CNG stations with 58 technicians 24 working hours)

3-Knowing customers complains from my stuff ,solve it with customers )

4-Manage the Stores stock balance, make all foreign and local requests and tenders )

5-Make all reports to the GM(24 weekly reports,24 monthly reports,25 yearly reports
