Producing LPG, NAPTHA, MS BSII & BSIII, ATF, KEROCENE, DIESEL, VGO, FO AND BITUMEN.

Daily Operation activities:-

„« Handling of intermediate and product tanks (cone roof, floating roof, internal floating roof, spheres).
„« Tank line up for rundown form unit, for pumping through dispatch and terminal loading.
„« Online Rundown and pump suction change over
„« Gauging and sampling of tanks for certification.
„« Water draining of tank.
„« Handing of petroleum component like Wash oil, CDU kero, LCO, VR, CDU heavy naphtha and NHT Light Heavy naphtha and ethanol.
„« Handing of flare stacks (LPG, H2S, and main Flare), involve in flare operation like light up of pilot burner steaming, and water seal system handling.
„« Pig launching operations for all black and White products for vessel loading.
„« Involving in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities like piping and tank erection, hydro test of tanks and piping, line flushing, (card board blasting and water flushing), box up of valves and pumps. Pneumatic leak test of valves and lines.
„« Trouble shooting of pumps and tanks for safe operation.
„« Having knowledge of all operation unit.
„« Instrument and electrical loop checking of mov‘¦s and flow control valves and deluge systems.
