Worked as Completion Engineer at 70wells including types
Single string, Dual string, Single string dual packer , Artificial Lift (Jet pump) , Gravel pack , Mono bore and Horizontal well completion.
Supervised 150 DST jobs of different high pressure, H2S and sand producer wells.
Supervised 12 wells work over in OGDCL
Practical experience & knowledge of Baker, Camco, Halliburton and Schlumberger down hole equipment and slick wire line tools.
Preparation of material requirement for well completion and work over operations
Experience of running-in and redressing of Baker, Camco, Schlumberger and Weatherford. Surface controlled subsurface safety valves(SCSSSV tubing mounted and wire line set) side sleeve door and locator seal assemblies.
Preparation and checking of final down hole tally completion.
Experience of killing single and dual well and bringing well back to flow.
Supervision of surface and sub surface safety system
Running in, reversing out and redressing of jet pumps
Preparations of testing and well completion reports
Supervising of acid stimulation and nitrogen kick of jobs through CTU.
Supervised commissioning of drilled and work-over wells to LPG plant.
Supervised installation of surface facility at 14 wells of Bobi field OGDCL
Practical hand experience of Running in, reversing out and redressing of jet pumps
Supervising of BHP surveys (static & transient), EWT and modified isochronal tests.
Redressing and greasing of X-mas tree valves.
Supervised installation of CI injection system and gas utility package at Bobi wells.
Practical hand experience of installing and retrieving back pressure valves of Breda, Canada works, IKS, Cameron & Flocon.
Supervision and completed installation of ESD panels at BOC wells
Supervision of wire line jobs open /cased hole logging RFT, PLT, PSP & RST surveys
Supervision of perforation jobs by casing gun, HSD gun, inner jet and TCP.
Injectivity tests, cement squeeze and cement plug jobs
Supervising of special tool jobs as RBP, EZSV Packers
Production data management
Preparation of well completion diagrams & production performance profiles.
Preparation of monthly field maintenance operating expenses.
Proficient in computer operations and software applications including MS Office, AutoCAD and Harvard graphics.
