project engineer

I am seeking a challenge position that allows me to involve in the development of the(Fertilizers, Oil, Petrochemical, Natural gas projects ) fields and assist me to enhance my skills and add to my experience , developing my knowledge in this field

My Title Position : project engineer
Fields of works : [piping, Pressure vessels, valves, lathe& milling m/c]
Period : from 1/1/2007 till now
Achievements:
•Scheduling & executing of two turnarounds in the factory from 23/6/2007 to 21/7/2007 in EFC1 &from 19/11/2007to 15/12/2007
•supervising fabrication and welding works for (pressure vessels & pipelines & piping supports). According to DIN
•Reviewing of all Isometrics and P&ID to determine material, schedule & dimensions
•Supervising welding processes like (SMAW, TIG).
•Visual inspection of the welded joints
•Aware of international codes used for construction and manufacture (ASTM,AWS,ASME,ANSI, DIN).
•Aware of all pipes & fittings ( elbows, weldolets, tees, reducers, …etc,)
•Aware of all valves types ( globe, gate, butterfly, check, ….etc)
•Aware of dealing with materials according to DIN & ASTM codes
•prepare the purchase demands of raw materials and machines that used in the manufacturing or welding like ( sheets , pipes , electrodes ,heat treatment ….etc) according to standards and codes .
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
1.Company : NPC (Nasr Petroleum Company) My Title Position : project engineer (Fields of works : [ piping , pressure vessels, heat exchangers ,towers]
Period : from 15/ 7/2003 till 31/12/2006
Achievements:
•supervising fabrication and welding works for (pressure vessels & pipelines & heat exchangers).
•supervising the teamwork through welding works in projects that being inside or outside the company &in workshop & in site).
•supervising welding processes like (SMAW, TIG, SAW) ..
•Visual inspection of the welded joints
•Reviewing of all applicable drawings of -pipelines - heat exchangers pressure vessels )
•Aware of international codes used for construction and manufacture (ASTM,AWS,ASME,ANSI).
•Executing the post weld heat treatment for pipelines of alloy steel according to ASME code
•prepare the purchase demands of raw materials and machines that used in the manufacturing or welding like ( sheets , pipes , electrodes ,heat treatment ….etc) according to standards and codes .
