1981 – 1985 (inspection engineer in Q. C. dept.)
• Carrying out non destructive testing (Bending , tensile & impact test and microstructure test ).
• Review the drawings concerning test data and tolerances in accordance with the code requirement.
• Arrangement of equipment inspection plan
• Conducting inspection group to follow all manufacturing stages (cutting plate , rolling , fitting , welding , etc.)
• Final test of the product ( dimensional checking , finishing , tagging , heat treating and painting )
• Carrying out Ultrasonic test , Die penetrate test , Magnetic particle test .
