searching for EPC construction coordination for oil and gas projects including pipelines including precommissioning and commissioning

Graduated form J.N.T.U. COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING,Anantapur,ANDHRAPRADESH in the year 1976.Possesses over 25 years of experience mainly in projects construction right from site construction supervision to E.P.C. contract (Turnkey Projects)as an independent profit center head, for small projects.

Responsibilities includes co-ordination from E.P.C. bid preparation, including preliminary engineering designs, participation in pre bid and post bid negotionations, appointing engineering consultants, for detailed design engineering, technical specifications, for all the equipments (i.e. vessels, tanks, drums, valves, pipings, pumps and motors, electricals, instrumentation and control systems, etc.)

Preparation of detailed engineering and construction drawings, material take off (B.O.Q.), Material summaries, preparation of subcontract agreements-documents, for both equipments suppliers and construction contractors for various engineering disciplines, evaluvation of offers, awarding of contracts for both supply as well as construction, planning and coordination, contract performance/ monitoring, manpower planning and control, quality assurance and control, health safety &environment, budgeting as per original estimates for each section, total coordination between inter discipline engineering like civil,mechanical,rotating and static equipment,process,electrical, instrumentation &controls,(D.C.S.,SCADA,PLC,PIMS,ESD,F&G SYSTEM etc) ,for timely completion of project as per schedule ,pre-commissioning, commissioning and handing over with all relevant documentation.

Process knowledge of multiproduct pipelines including handling of coated pipes, stringing ,alignment welding, radiography, blasting and painting if required, heat shrinks sleeving ,sand beding,laying in trench, holiday testing,backfilling,foam pigging, gauge pigging, air testing if required, water flushing /cleaning /filling, integrity testing (hydraulic testing),flushing, drying and Nitrogen purging/filling if required.
Also have basic knowledge of surface preparation (blasting)and painting internal pipe sleeving for sour lines, pipe line maintenance(pigging) including intelligent pigging, hot tapping and external sleeving.
