I possess over 18th years¡¦ experience in Executing Mechanical Construction, Maintenance& Fabrication in reputed multinational organizations. Also Assigned with QC Department for all Activity for Mechanical all INSPECTION REPORT.

ƒÈ Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts. Finding and fixing faults, and recalibrating instruments.
ƒÈ Oiling and cleaning machinery and parts. Carrying out scheduled overhaul and replacing parts that have reached the end of their working life.
ƒÈ Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns. Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement equipment to be installed.
ƒÈ Looking after the service and repair machinery and equipment in a range of industries, including transport, manufacturing and aerospace.
ƒÈ Working on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and computerised systems to guard against production delays or shut-down. Using manufacturer's technical manuals and diagrams to help locate faults.
ƒÈ Carrying out the work with a range of instruments and tools, including welding equipment.
ƒÈ Functioning as part of a team with engineering technicians and shift supervisors.
ƒÈ Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various network elements to increase network up time and equipment reliability.
ƒÈ Identifying areas of obstruction/ bottlenecks and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
ƒÈ Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and to increase operational profit.
ƒÈ Ensuring adherence to quality standards & quality system management ISO 9001 and maintaining all related documents. Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality and improvement opportunities.
ƒÈ Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system wide preventive and corrective actions to avoid the reoccurrences.

ƒÈ Handled repairing & maintenance in various rotating & static equipment like Nuevo Pignoni Hyper Gas Compressor, UHDE High Pressure, Elliott Centrifugal Air Compressor, Ingersoll Dresser Centrifugal Pumps, Bernstorff extruder, Mycom refrigeration screw compressor. Many types of H.P. Hydraulic Valves, Safety Valves, Diverter valves, Ball valves, Glove valves, Valve Rotary feeder, Gala Dryer, Three way valves, special training in H.P. Tube Joint.
