Senior Electrical Engineer Senior Instrument Enginner Maintenance Manager

ƒæ Oil/Gas¡VPower Plants: construction, erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning startup, and maintenance related to the electrical & Instrument installation Work include.
ľ Power Plants : Electrical Protection, MV/LV Transformation Lines ( 66kv / 11 kv / 380 v ), Relay System, Various Types of Circuit Breakers (air,oil,sf6,vaccum), Isolating Switches & bus Ties.
ľ Steel plants: installation and maintenance of hot repair spraying robots and laser measuring equipments for hot repair of EAF (Electric Arc Furnace).
ľ Different Control and Safety systems: SIEMENS SIMAITC S7 PLC's, Burner management systems, DCS(TPS Honywell),GE Mark6, compressor controls, vibration monitoring Bentley Nevada.
ľ Frequency converters (FC), movidrives, movitools, encoders.
ľ Hydraulic systems and proportional valves, control valves.
ľ Different instrument types "Pressure, level, temperature, flow measuring instruments".
ľ Approve site acceptance test for control panels , junction boxes etc , supervise instrument tubing pressure tests , loop test and functional test
ľ Project Engineering, Project developments, Cost estimation and preparation of documents.
ľ Prioritization and planning of jobs.
ľ Pneumatic systems.
ľ Inspection and QC/QA.
ľ Experience in preparing PHA (process hazard analysis) & MOC (management of change).
ľ Creating PMS (preventive maintenance system) for equipments.
ľ Almost 3.5 years GCC Experience.
ľ Projects managing.
ľ Reviewing instrument hook-up drawings and installation detail drawings for each type of instruments , control panels , junction boxes , racks , control valves etc , participate in materials control activities through issuing of material with draw report ,
ľ Handover loops and certificates in system packages to the client
ľ Familiar with the Technical Office duties and responsibilities
ľ Experience in field instrumentation, Process Control and Safety Shutdown Systems, Rotating machinery instrumentation & controls multi discipline project management skills experience with Honeywell TDC-3000 & PLCs Triconex.
