Project engineering
Generations Technical Support Department, Mechanical & Civil Engineering Division from May 2004 to present.

•Worked as project manager for Qurayyah & Ghazlan boilers Integrity Life Assessment project.
•Project Manager for Cold Reheat Spool pipes replacement project of Ghazlan1-4 Units.
•A member of the team which studied the conversion of Qurayyah Units from Gas firing to Oil firing. .
•Team leader for the investigation team which studied the cause of Magnetite formation and accumulation in Ghazlan II boilers water drums

Ghazlan-II Power Plant Project Form 01July 2001 to December 2002.

•Worked with the engineering team to review design and commissioning packages of Ghazlan Power Plant-II 2500 MW project.
•Witnessed the QA-QC and vibration testing of plant major equipment during the initial startup of the Ghazlan-II project.
•Team Leader for evaluating Equipment operation and Maintenance procedures and equipment accessibility for operations and maintenance.

Operations Engineering Department / Thermal Power Plant Engineering Division at Ghazlan Power Plant (4 X 400 MW) from April 1992 to July 2001

•Developed engineering packages to modify and upgrade plant systems
•Performed a study and investigation to resolve the problem of Qurayyah P. P. Gas Pressure Reducing Station high vibration & noise.
•Worked with the plant operations and maintenance on the day to day problems of plant equipment.
•A member of different engineering committees for different major project such as steam generator (Boiler) 2ndry Re heater and 3ry Super heater tubes upgrade, seawater intake rehabilitation and jelly fish project, revalidation of the 42 km fuel oil and fuel gas pipelines…etc.
•Coordinator for Ghazlan unit 1, 2, 3 & 4 2001 major outage NDT activities.
•Coordinator for Ghazlan unit 1-4 1999 major outage control valves overhaul
•Worked on making and issuing the performance report for GPP 1-4 from 1994 to 2002
•Multi engineering and maintenance skills in rotating and stationary equipment i.e. pumps, major electric motor, valve including safety valves, fuel & water storage tanks, boiler chemical cleaning & tubes UT inspection.
